Krysta-Lyn reluctantly agreed to attend her first yoga class unaware of what magic she would find on her mat. While living daily with the severe anxiety and panic that accompanies loss, she quickly found refuge in the power of breath and gratitude. Overcome by the immense sense of peace yoga could provide, she immersed herself in her practice learning that life truly exists between the inhale and exhale.
With these new universal tools, Krysta-Lyn sought to share her passion and received her 200 hour certification from South Boston Yoga. Now, she is transitioning from the corporate world of finance into a balanced career and life of healing. Yogis of all levels can expect her classes to be a physical challenge, with a true sense of calm and absolute vulnerability.

Gabriella has 500hrs of training from Down Under School of Yoga in Boston, Massachusetts; where she studied under the renowned Natasha Rizopoulos. Her classes focus on using breath and movement to assist students in being present and building a healthy relationship with the physical body. The challenging but also fluid structure of her classes encourages students to immerse themselves in the sequence creating space for mindfulness and therefore allow the mind a brief hiatus from the consuming and overwhelming parts of life. The result? A stronger more spacious muscular body combined with a calmer, quieter mental and emotional body.
Sandy became a student of Hatha Yoga after being introduced to yoga postures during physical therapy needed for injuries resulting from a car accident over 15 years ago. She fell in love with how yoga made her feel calm, refreshed, and more connected to herself. After feeling the positive changes in her body such as increased flexibility, strength and mind-body awareness, Sandy explored different forms of yoga asana. While her passion for the physical yoga practice continued, Sandy studied yoga philosophy and mindfulness meditation. She obtained her 200 hour teaching certification in 2020.
Her teaching style can be described as a mindfulness movement. Sandy's voice sets a calming tone as she helps guide your senses inward, allowing you to re-discover yourself in the philosophical concept of “one body, one spirit.”
